Booked “the level” which included breakfast and snacks/drinks and premium alcoholic drinks at certain times in the levels lounge. Hotel room was very nice overlooking the pool and had a very large comfortable bed and smart bathroom with two sinks. The entrance, reception area and bar all looked clean and modern and gave a relaxing feel, the pictures online didn’t do it full justice. The pool was very welcome in the hot temperatures and there was plenty of shade around the pool with the umbrellas. It got busy at certain times and some people found that getting a sun bed could be difficult although they did have lots of deck chairs. The breakfast when eaten at the level lounge was quieter, but the selection of food options was better in the main breakfast restaurant. The staff welcoming you to breakfast were lovely and keen that you had a good experience. The location is around a 15 minute walk into the main centre near the Cathedral. Nice parks nearby and Plaza de España is just across the road. Would recommend for a leisure or business trip to Seville.

We loved our room. It was gorgeous, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was everything -quiet area, but close walk to all the sites! Loved using the facilities of the hotel. The rooftop pool was perfect and our favorite part of our day was the beautiful breakfast in the courtyard. Service was excellent!
